Participation of BelMAPE at the BelMAPO at the First Russian-Belarusian Scientific and Practical Conference "Patient-Centered Healthcare and Specialist-Centered Medicine of the 21st Century"

On September 22-23, the First Russian-Belarusian Scientific and Practical Conference "Patient-Oriented Healthcare and Specialist-Centered Medicine of the 21st Century" was held in Samara.

At the section "Modern aspects of the professional development of specialists with secondary medical education" Svetlana Denisova, senior lecturer of the Department of Public Health and Health, presented the report "Modern problems and ways to improve the training of specialists with secondary medical education in the Republic of Belarus".

The purpose of the conference is to improve the quality and safety of medical care to the population based on new interdisciplinary technologies in medicine, as well as issues of mutual cooperation in scientific and practical healthcare of the Samara region and the Republic of Belarus with the formation of focus groups for the exchange of experience and internships at work.

The section on continuing medical education was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, specialists from medical institutions of the Samara region of the Russian Federation, heads of continuing medical education institutions of the Samara region, and the chairman of the Association of Nurses of the Samara Region.

As part of a working trip to the Samara region, members of the delegation from the Republic of Belarus also got acquainted with the work of the largest medical institutions in the region.
