Practice-Oriented Approach. Working Meeting at Healthcare Establishment "Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital"

On the 21st of April, 2022, there had been held a working meeting on the issues of bilateral cooperation between State Educational Establishment «Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education» (hereinafter referred at BelMAPE) and Healthcare Establishment « Minsk Order of the Red Banner of Labor Regional Clinical Hospital» (hereinafter referred as Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital).

The meeting was chaired by rector of the State Educational Establishment "Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education", Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor Chukanov Alexei and head physician of Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital Alexander Linkevich. From the side of BelMAPE, the meeting was attended by First vice-rector, Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor Andrei Platonov, vice-rector for research, Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor Yuri Gain, vice-rector Sergei Sidorovich, Dean of the Faculty of Surgery, Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor Alexei Chasnoit, рead of the Department of Plastic Surgery and Combustiology, Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor Vladimir Podgaisky, deputy head of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Yuri Ladutko; Head of the Department of Urology and Nephrology, Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor Dmitry Tarend', associate professor of the Department of Reflexology, Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor Igor Rybin, as well as other representatives of departments of Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital.

During the meeting, there had been discussed the issues of participation of the departments of the Faculty of Surgery in the treatment process at Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital. Particular attention was paid to the aspects of providing high-tech medical care to patients based on clinical protocols; participation of the teaching staff in meetings of the medical and medical control councils, pathoanatomical conferences; organizing and conducting medical consultations (conciliums); the introduction of new medical technologies and the results of scientific research in practical healthcare; conduction of clinical trials of medical equipment and medical devices in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus; joint participation of the faculty and staff of Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital in the development of instructions, recommendations, clinical protocols and methods for providing medical care to patients; implementation of activities and joint participation in the development of export of medical services; organizational and methodological activities, as well as issues of compliance with labor and performance discipline, anti-corruption legislation.
