Training seminar for healthcare organizers was held at BelMAPE

On September 5, 2022, the faculty and trainees of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare met with the General Director of UE "Belmedtekhnika" Dmitry Strazdin, head of the legal work department of UE "Belmedtekhnika" Natalya Mazura.

The meeting was moderated by head of the Department of Public Health and Health Marina Shchaveleva. In her speech, she drew the attention of those present to the importance of the correct organization of procurement activities, because the material and technical base of healthcare organizations plays an important role in ensuring the availability and quality of medical care to the population. Also, the attention of the audience was focused on Article 4 of the Law "On Public Procurement of Goods (Works, Services)", which sets out the main goals and principles in the field of public procurement.

Dmitry Strazdin spoke about the activities of UE "Belmedtekhnika", the organization of interaction between the enterprise headed by him and healthcare organizations, the experience of procurement at the expense of the state budget in other countries. Particular attention in his speech was drawn to the need for healthcare organizations to comply with the norms of the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.06.21 No. 78 “On the procedure for interaction between the organizer and customers in public procurement” and the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated 05.10.18 No. 997 “On preparation of applications for the purchase of medical devices.

The organization of such meetings always receives the highest appraisal of health care organizers who are trained at the department.
