Dina Marchenko-Tyabut

Senior lecturer of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare

Dina Marchenko-Tyabut was born in Minsk in a family of physicians. In 1998, she graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M.Tank. Since 2000, she has been working at the Department of Pedagogics and Psychology of Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Since 2005, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Public Health and Healthcare.

At present, Dina Marchenko-Tyabut coordinates the following directions in the educational process: pedagogics and psychology, psychology of management, stress management, health psychology and psychology of socially significant diseases. Her scientific interests are connected with the issues of building stress resistance and development of communication skills of the scientific staff.

Dina Marchenko-Tyabut is an author of the guidance manual “Physicians’ occupational stress”.
She is an author of more than 20 scientific publications on the syndrome of burnout, occupational stress, conflictology.
