Associate professor, Candidate of Medical Sciences
Dmitry Radyuk was born in 1975. He graduated from Minsk State Medical University in 1997. After the graduation, he had been working at the Endocrinology Laboratory of the Scientific and Practical Center for Radiation Medicine and Human Ecology.
Dmitry Radyuk has been working at the Department of Endocrinology since 1999; since 2006, he had been working there as an assistant, since 2013 – as an associate professor.
In 2005, Dmitry Radyuk got the academic title of Candidate of Medical Sciences in endocrinology.
His main scientific interests include type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus, neuroendocrinology, neurooncology (hormone-active pituitary tumors, pituitary dwarfism and etc.).
In the frameworks of the international humanitarian cooperation and the implementation of projects of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, Dmitry Radyuk participated in screening examinations of the population affected by the technogenic disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant; he is an executor of the research projects on diabetology, neurooncology.
Dmitry Radyuk is a member of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes Mellitus, the Belarusian Association of Endocrinologists. He got a postgraduate education in the field of pediatric endocrinology, visiting the courses of the European Association of Pediatric Endocrinologists in 2005, and the postgraduate courses organized by the European Association for the Study of Diabetes Mellitus (2004-2014).
He is an author of 30 publication, 3 teaching aids, instructions for use; he is a co-author of clinical treatment protocols. The results of his work were presented at the republican and international conferences.
Dmitry Radyuk carries out treatment and advisory work at the 10th City Clinical Hospital and the Republican Center for Emergency Medical Care.
