Elena Rudenko

Elena Rudenko was born in Minsk, in the family of physicians. In 2001, she graduated from Minsk State Medical Institute. From 2002 to 2004, she did clinical residency course in rheumatology at the Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology of BelMAPE. From 2004 to 2005, Elena Rudenko worked at the Rheumatology Unit of the 1st City Clinical Hospital of Minsk. From 2005 to 2009, she did PhD course at the Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology of BelMAPE. Since 2009, she had been working as an assistant at the Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology; since 2016, she had been working as a senior lecturer at the same department; since 2017 until the present, she has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology. In 2009, she defended her Candidate’s thesis.

Elena Rudenko is an author of 70 research publications. She has the first qualification category as a rheumatologist. She is a member of the Belarusian Public Association «Let’s fight osteoporosis together», a member of the International Fund of Osteoporosis, a member of the European League Against Rheumatism, European Association for the Study of Vitamin D.
