Irina Kravchuk

Irina Kravchuk has been working at the Department of Preventive Dentistry since 1998. She graduated from Minsk State Medical Institute, the Faculty of Dentistry, in 1984. In 2005, she defended Candidate’s thesis entitled «Clinical and laboratory rationale for choosing the method of dental fissure sealing of permanent and temporary teeth in children».

Her scientific work is mainly devoted to the prevention and treatment of the diseases of hard tooth tissues and periodontium. She actively takes part in scientific and research work of the Department of Preventive Dentistry. She implements the results taken from the scientific researches into educational process and practical healthcare. She conducts advisory work at Minsk Dental Clinic № 8. She consults and treats patients, using modern technologies in her clinical work. She takes part in consiliums, scientific and practical conferences, meetings, gives reports. For the period of her work at the Department of Preventive Dentistry, Irina Kravchuk has published 93 works (28 articles, 63 theses, 2 instructions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus). She has published 8 study guides.
