Since 2000, Margarita Devyaltovskaya has been an academic advisor of a number of scientific projects on pediatric neurology, neonatology, pediatrics. She is an author of 8 patents, 21 instructions for use, approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, 1 clinical protocol, 6 methodological recommendations. She is an author of more than 300 scientific works, published in Belarus and abroad, 1 monograph.
Achievements:
2014 – award for excellence in healthcare;
2015 – Grant of the President of the Republic of Belarus for development and implementation of new methods of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of children with nervous system diseases into practical healthcare, using computer technologies.
2016 – the Award «55-year anniversary of founding of the National Center for Maternity and Childhood» of the Kyrgyz Republic for the development of new technologies of medical rehabilitation.
The main spheres of activity:
Diagnostics, treatment, medical rehabilitation/habilitation of children with pre- and perinatal nervous system disorders.
Catamnestic follow-up of children with extremely and very low body weight at their birth.
Advisory and methodology work at different regions of the Republic of Belarus.
Scientific work:
Further development of technologies and their implementation into the clinical practice: technologies based on biological feedback; hyperbaric oxygen; innovative technologies in neonatology and perinatal neurology.
Development of prediction system of unfavorable psychoneurological outcomes in children with extremely low and low weight of body at birth with the help of artificial neural network («artificial intellect»).
Development and implementation of health evaluation method and medical diseases prevention in children of parents, who have transplants.
