Natalia Dudchik was born in the town of Nesvizh of Minsk region in a family of employees. In 1979, she graduated from Belarusian State University. Scientific activities are connected with the Institute for Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, «Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Hygiene » of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. In 1982, she worked as a Candidate of Biological Sciences, in 2013 – as associate professor on the specialty «Medical microbiology», in 2016 – Doctor of Biological Sciences on the specialty 14.02.01 – Hygiene (biological sciences). In 2017 – Laureate of the Grant of the President of the Republic of Belarus in the field of science.

Natalia Dudchik is a reviewer of a number of international (Journal of Microbiology, Biotechnology and Food Sciences, Eurobiotech Journal) and national («Health and Environment») scientific editions, and a member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission. She actively reviews research projects in the frameworks of the State expertise of state and scientific and technical programs, and programs of the Union State, is a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the SSTP "Scientific and technical support for the quality and accessibility of medical services."

Scientific and practical interests of Natalia Dudchik determined the main activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and State Educational Establishment "Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education" and lie in the field of conceptual development and scientific justification of the methodology for modeling the biological effect of environmental factors using alternative test models for the purpose of their hygienic regulation and standardization, which is based on the principles of evidence-based medicine in accordance with the current level of knowledge of biomedical science and the basic and particular principles of hygienic regulation of human environmental factors, as well as in the field of scientific and methodological support for effective methods of molecular biological diagnostics and molecular genetic analysis to solve urgent problems. epidemiological and sanitary-hygienic tasks.

Natalia Dudchik is an author (coauthor) of 4 monographs, more than 350 publications (in coauthorship), 27 patents of the Republic of Belarus more than 50 rational proposals.
