Natalia Panulina was born in a family of employees in Mogilev region. In 1991, after the graduation from Minsk State Medical Institute with the specialty in pediatrics and internship, from 1992 to 1999, she worked as a pediatrician in the town of Beloyarsky of Tumen region. From 1999 to 2011, Natalia Panulina worked as head of
the Pediatric Division and deputy head physician for ambulatory services at the Republican Clinical Medical Centre of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2011 to 2012, Natalia Panulina worked as deputy head for medical work at the 4th Minsk Polyclinic.
In 2003, she finished clinical residency in pediatrics at Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. In 2005, Natalia Panulina completed a course in public health and healthcare at the Faculty of Public Health and Healthcare of Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
In 2011, Natalia Panulina defended Candidate’s thesis.
Natalia Panulina has the highest qualification category in healthcare management and the first qualification category in pediatrics.
Since December, 2014, she has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Public Health and Healthcare of Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
Scientific interests: actual issues of pediatrics and problems of healthcare and healthcare management.
Natalia Panulina got a reward for excellence in healthcare of the Republic of Belarus.
