Natalia Protko

In 1986, Natalia Protko graduated from Belarusian State Medical Institute, Pediatrics Faculty. 

From 1987 to 1989, she worked as a district pediatrician.

From 1989 to 1997, she worked as a scientist at the Department of Medical Systems of the Center for Medical Technologies.

From 1998 to 2005, Natalia Protko worked as physician at the Scientific and Production Enterprise «Elemed».

From 2001 to 2013, she worked as a senior lecturer, assistant, associate professor at the course of preventive medicine of the Department of the Hygiene and Medical Ecology. 

In 2008, she did a retraining course in psychotherapy.

In 2009, Natalia Protko defended Candidate’s thesis in Public Health and Healthcare.

From 2008 to 2014, she worked part-time as a psychotherapist at State Establishment «223 Center for Aviation Medicine of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of the Republic of Belarus»;

Since 2013 until the present, she has been working as an associate professor at the Department of General Medicine.

Natalia Protko is an author and coauthor of 79 publications, including 2 instructions for use, 14 guidance manuals. 

She is a member of the European Academy of Teachers in General Practice / Family Medicine (EURACT), Belarusian Association of General Practitioners, Belarusian Association of Psychiatrists and Psychotherapists, Belarusian Society «Knowledge».
