Vyacheslav Dudarev was born in 1946. In 1969, he graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Medical Institute on the specialty “General Medicine”. From 1969 to 1975, he worked as an assistant at the Department of General Anatomy of Krasnoyarsk State Medical Institute. In August 2009, he started to work as an associate professor at the Department of Radiology of Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
Since 1984, Vyacheslav Dudarev had been working as a junior research worker, and then as a senior research worker at the Unit of Diagnostics and Radiotherapy of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Oncology and Medical Radiology named after N.N. Aleksandrov. In 1991, he got the highest qualification category of a radiologist. From 1994 to 2002, he had been working as head of the room for angiography. Since 2002, he had been working as an X-ray endovascular surgeon at the Unit of Radiodiagnostics. In May, 2011, he started to work as a main scientist researcher at Diagnostic Unit of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Oncology and Medical Radiology named after N.N. Aleksandrov.
In 1984, Vyacheslav Dudarev defended his Candidate’s thesis entitled: «Some peculiarities of X-ray anatomy of colon, characteristics of its sphincters and blood supply»; in 2001 he defended his Doctoral thesis entitled: «Efficiency of roentgen-endovascular interventions in a complex diagnostics and treatment of lung, kidney and liver cancer».
His main scientific interests are devoted to the following: development of complex methods of radiodiagnostics and roentgen-endovascular treatment of cancer of different localizations. He contributed greatly to the development of interventional oncologic radiology in the Republic of Belarus.
Vyacheslav Dudarev successfully carries out either pedagogical work or advisory and treatment work at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Oncology and Medical Radiology named after N.N. Aleksandrov. He has proved himself to be a competent specialist; he knows modern methods of roentgen-endovascular treatment of kidney, liver, lung and pelvic cancer. Vyacheslav Dudarev can perform complicated high tech operations, such as radiofrequency ablation and chemoembolization of tumors.
He is an author and coauthor of more than 200 printed works.
